Most brides find booking a wedding photographer a bit of a nightmare! There are lots of questions and it can be difficult to ask and answer them all by email or even by phone.
The first point of contact is to find out if I’m available for the date of your wedding. Then we can go ahead and book a no-obligation consultation where I come to see you armed with products and slideshows to show you some of my photography. This is a great opportunity to meet the person who might be spending the day documenting your wedding and ask any and all questions you like. I’m also happy to provide general advice and offer you the benefit of my contacts such as trusted florists, dress shops and bespoke jewellery makers.
When we’ve finished our consultation, I will leave you to discuss your thoughts. You can consult with other photographers you might be considering and take the time you need to make your final decision. Upon deciding to book me as your wedding photographer, a deposit of £350 is payable in order to reserve your date in my diary.

We will arrange a consultation and couples shoot a month or two prior to the wedding. This gives us a chance to sit down over a cup of coffee and go through the timings of your day. We will plan details, such as group shots and also talk through any special requests you may have. We will then spend 20-30 minutes having an informal photo shoot on location. This get you used to being directed, allows you to feel more relaxed in front of a camera, and also lets you see how great photos of you can look!

On the day of your wedding we will already have built up a relationship, and you shouldn’t have any worries about being photographed. You’ll have your mind on a million other things anyway!
I will photograph your day with a mixture of formal and reportage style photography capturing the three most important things: details, moments, and people.
Post production of your images will take approximately 14 days.

Once post production has been completed, we will arrange a viewing of your photos. We will view a slideshow of images, choose those you wish to include in the album, and design and album outline - giving you creative input into the final product. You may also choose to order additional products at this stage.
When I have finished the design of your album you view the proofs before the product goes to print - giving you final approval only when you are 100% happy with the design. Once ordered, your album will take 7-14 days to be printed and delivered.
Your images are backed up on external hard drives, and remain that way. This gives you peace of mind that if you wish to make orders months or years down the line you can.
